Revamped king room we had had two separate beds. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering great assistance and even guidance on finding public parking spots. 🌟

Many things in the room broken or not working; bathroom door, shower head, paper towel bin. Too bad for a 4-star hotel.

Good location to the city centre, directly at a metro station! For Brussels very good parking possibilities in the multi-storey car park. There is a discount through the hotel.

The room is modern, well-organized with AC, a good bed, and helpful staff members in management.

Helpful reception staff. 5 minutes walk from Brussels North train station with direct train link to International Airport. Clean rooms. Good hotel for people on business and 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place.

Breakfast was not included in the price and was an expensive extra with the result that we had breakfast elsewhere.

Friendly & helpful staff

Location (close to police station and on a noisy main road), outdated equipment, background noise, perfumed indoor air, view out of the window ( on the other rooms), thin walls (you could hear the room neighbours & cleaning staff in the corridor)

I stayed here for 3 days and would definitely book here again. the breakfast was big, generous for the value. - the location in a shopping area was good. - I enjoyed the fact that it was a 10-minute walk from the subway. I had a great stay at Doubletree By Hilton Brussels City in Brussels and would highly recommend it! the breakfast was worth the price, the hotel is conveniently located in a shopping area, and it's just a short walk to the subway, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The location isn’t far away from the center and the staff were very cooperative.

Out dated and old furniture.

We had a newly decorated room with a comfortable bed and climate control, as well as coffee. The view of the park from the window was wonderful.- The venue was in a very central location not far from a main shopping area and train station.- Had nice dainties at Serra, located just a few meters away from the hotel.
